We To Wish Upon

Will you be with me when the stars burn out,
Will we still dance in that wishless night?
When only the moon will silver the darkness,
And dragons will dance the wind -
For love of you my lifeblood sparkles,
For love of you it sings:
A dizzy thrum the lulling tune
As to your voice and arms I cling -
A requited love yet unrequited,
How to merge the dark and light?
Lure Air to Earth -
Lift Earth to Air -
And the flames will flare
As the rain falls.

Piper's Flute
Listen to the music.
It sounds so deceptively smooth
Like
Life, seems so harmless--
that's not what I wanted to say, not
how I meant it...
What I meant to say was
Life is deceptive
It seems so harmless
Just
      Like
          the
                   Music!
(whew!)
Lulls you while it whispers what no
one wants to hear
but just happens tobe reality
If that's what you want to
call it....
It's hard to write in a strobe light
But very easy to think in one.

Dream With Me
I dreamt that you were dreaming me,
To summon and possess--
The shimmering anticipation a sensual shiver...
It is that torment we desire that leaves us most breathless;
A torture and a pleasure, both the sweeter for their mingling...
Such is this tempest in my blood
that envelopes my very being with an inner fire--
A wild music sings in my veins,
Of darknesses,
And the pleasures of the nights:
The air close,
And spiced with the dancing blood
And passion of intertwining flames.

DEDICATION MOON
Scented smoke aswirl with dreams
Whispering through a censer's lattice
with candle-flame aflicker, seems
ashine with music made of silence.
Circled 'round with crystals, flowers.
So soft, aglitter, under starshine;
Windswept moonlight rings this hour
With which my future path entwines.
Beneath the Spirit, enclosing all
Fire, Water, Air, and Earth;
Blade and cauldron, staff and bell,
Call witnesses to this rebirth.
